BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

How do I make a booking?

Choose your preferred venue and date, then please call us on 0845 8902904 to discuss further. If you would like us to call you, please email us your name, telephone number and contact details.

 

How soon do I have to pay?

Once you have decided on a date, we will ask the venue to issue you with formal contracts. You will then be required to pay the venue a deposit in order to secure your booking. Full payment must be received no later than 8 weeks prior to your party date.

 

I want to change the number of guests attending, what should I do?

Your first step is to call us on 0845 8902904 to see if your request is possible.

 

I've paid for my ticket, but am now unable to attend, do I get a refund?

Deposits are usually strictly non-refundable and refunds depend on the period of notice you provide. Terms and Conditions will be sent to you with the contract.

 

Do you arrange events on New Year's Eve?

Yes, please contact us direct on 0845 8902904 to discuss your requirements.

 

Do you arrange parties in January?
Yes, we can arrange this for you, subject to availability.

 

Do you organise non-Christmas events?

Yes we do. We organise corporate events all year round tailored to your individual requirements. Please call us on 0845 8902904 for further information.

 

Can my company hire a venue exclusively?

Yes. If you are looking for a Christmas party for more than 300 guests, we can arrange that you have sole exclusive use for your evening, subject to availability. Please call us on 0845 8902904 to discuss your requirements.

 

Will I receive tickets?

Your party tickets will be sent out once full payment is received, usually 2-3 weeks before your party date.

 

What time should I arrive?

Each venue has its own starting time. Usually guests may arrive from 6:30pm when bars will open and entertainment begins. Dinner is usually served at 8pm.

MENU & WINE PRE-ORDER

I have a food allergy; do you provide special menus?

Each venue will be able to provide an allergy menu which caters for most dietary requirements.

 

What are Drinks Vouchers?

Vouchers can usually be exchanged for 1 glass of house wine, beer, a spirit and mixer (excludes Vodka&Redbull and alcopops) or a soft drink. Drinks vouchers must be ordered and paid for prior to the event.

 

Can I pre-order my wine before the event?

Yes you can. Simply choose your wine and complete the wine pre-order form before arrival.

MISCELLANEOUS

Can you help with finding accommodation/arranging transport?

Yes we can. Please call us on 0845 8902904 with your requirements and we will be happy to help.

 

How many tables will I have and can our party be seated together?

Tables usually seat between 8 and 13 people and rectangular ones for 14, so the number of tables will depend on your number of guests. If your guests are spread over more than one table, the venue will endeavour to place your tables next to each another.

 

What should I wear?

The dress code is smart/formal. Strictly no jeans, t-shirts or trainers. You can usually wear fancy dress, but only if it is in line with the theme of the event.
