Offer applies to new event bookings only, made between 13/10/08 and 30/04/09 and held before 30/04/09 at participating hotels, except in France, Spain, Portugal, & Benelux where offer applies to bookings held between 01/01/09 and 30/04/09 at participating hotels.

Offer must be made reference to at time of booking. Event must be held and paid for in full within 30 days of completion of event. Booking must be made: (i) directly with the hotel; (ii) through your Hilton account manager; or (iii) through your Regional Group & Conference Desk. Booking may not be made online. Offer applies to an individual event; multiple bookings of combined value are not valid. Limit one reward per event. The Booker (as defined below) must book an event for at least the below referenced amount in eligible charges to be eligible for the corresponding reward. Eligible charges include all event-related spending (listed in the contract) (meeting room hire, catering, guest rooms, etc with the exception of service charges, taxes and third party services). Minimum booking value thresholds apply for each participating hotel. Each market has a different threshold based on different currencies: Dollar, Sterling and Euro. Each threshold for each currency is provided below. Some hotels may not offer all the thresholds below. For full details of participating hotels and thresholds visit www.hilton.com/eventrewards. The basic threshold amounts and rewards are as follows, with each link providing the threshold amount in eligible charges and rewards applicable to each hotel. Rewards are noted below if the rewards are uniform among the participating hotels. Rewards are subject to availability.

The reward must be agreed to in the event contract. Hilton will endeavour to fulfil reward within 30 days of full payment of event. Hilton will not be held accountable for any delay. Reward is not redeemable for cash. Hilton is not responsible for defects in rewards; in the event of a defect in reward, Hilton may attempt at its discretion to obtain replacement reward if contacted no later than 10 days following receipt of reward. No reward will be awarded for "no show" or cancelled events when the event is guaranteed with a credit card but then event is not actually held -- irrespective of whether or not a credit card is charged for any portion of the event per the hotel's "no show" or cancellation policy. Hilton reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without notice. All bookings are subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions. Hilton reserves the right to substitute any reward with a reward of equivalent value in its sole discretion at any time. Bookers must obtain approval from their manager to participate in this offer. Rates and event spaces are subject to availability. The "Booker" is the person who made contact and sent the enquiry direct to the Hotel, Regional Group & Conference Desk or to the Hilton Account Manager. The "Booker" is not necessarily the final decision maker who signs the contract. The "Booker" can be a corporate client or an agent. If the Booker is an agent, the Booker may in its sole discretion transfer the reward to its client.
