As well as Venue Sourcing, Red Dragon Events also offer an event management service to help take the stresses and strains out of running the actual event for you.

 

The Red Dragon Events Event Management service would typically include:

Pre Event

  • Initial consultation, including objectives of the event;
  • Venue proposal with full costing for the event;
  • Arrange site visits to short listed venues;
  • Venue confirmation;
  • Preparation of invites and delegate registration;
  • Food and beverage requirements;
  • Collate delegate attendance list;
  • Liaise with venue to make sure everything is in place
  • Provide accommodation rooming list, where applicable and ensure any VIP bedrooms are ready as soon as possible

On the day Itself

  • Red Dragon Events staff to assist with the event;
  • Ensure sufficient signage to the function room;
  • Ensure the venue has everything ready for the event;
  • Check all Audio Visual equipment is in good working order;
  • Liaise with the venue to make sure refreshment breaks, lunch and dinner etc are served on time;
  • Ensure the function room is set up as requested, is clean and presentable;
  • Man the registration desk;
  • Register delegates, explaining the format for the day, issue delegate packs, name badges and all other relevant information;
  • Deal with any potential issues arising on the day;
  • Constant liaison with the venue and client to make sure everything is going according to brief;
